Tentative Agreement Successfully
Ratified on April 19, 2013
After the Adjunct Faculty bargaining team reached a tentative agreement with the State on January 25, 2013, the Council posted highlights of the agreement and copies of the tentative agreement sign off items plus the new salary tables on our web site.
On March 28, 2013 ballots were mailed to all eligible members and had to be returned by April 18, 2013 to be counted on April 19. The Council considers this an overwhelming validation of your negotiation team’s many months of hard work to get the best deal possible during a very long period of very difficult bargaining with the State on your behalf. The ratified agreement runs from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2015.
